remove unused code in settings helper
change convert Helper Mail to validator package
change email validation to regex only
check mail config on mail value change
image upload and keep if not changed
bulk setting change and image update
update to typesafe all-settings provider
add settings to backup
add mail type and validation
setup routine

move pwa manifest to backend
