FF-Admin Notification Issue

Display all user notifications with read and unread entries marked
Option to mark notifications as read
Optional navigation to relevant entry via the notification

Toast notifications: Display of toasts for incoming in-app notifications
Toasts are only displayed when the app is open (active WebSocket connection)

Notification settings per event type and module with selection of delivery channels (in-app, email, push)
Available modules are displayed based on permissions
Setting additional emails as reminders for unread notifications

Registration for push notifications
Querying and handling browser permissions
Receiving and displaying push notifications
Session handling to deactivate push notifications on other devices
